There Is Nothing To Do. Just BE.

How wonderful it is to know there is nothing you have to do to be you. You are already here in your full glory existing to your best ability (regardless of your results).

‘Being’ sounds easy. And it is the easiest thing in the world when you give up judging yourself for E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. (not so easy to do).

Most people confuse ‘being’ with lazy or bored. They think ‘being’ is passive. They fear that if they are just ‘being’ they will lose their ambition and want to walk in the woods all day and stare at sycamores!

Here’s what I say to that: you will not be different than your true nature if you are ‘being’ you.

If you are driven, you’ll still be driven but you’ll probably get rid of the angst.

If you love the woods, you’ll probably spend more time there and be happier and wealthier doing it.

Bottom line: do not judge what you will be doing as you practice ‘being.’ You have no idea what’s gonna come up for you or who you are going to show up as.

It’s an exciting time. The world is open. Lets run through the aisles and scream, “YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!’

Yes to ‘being’ you.
